AKIRA- Kaneda's Bike - Need help IDing a Company Logo

I can't figure out what company this logo belongs to-

it's from this-

It looks super familiar but I can't figure it out.

I'd also love to figure out if the "BIG 1" sticker is from something real but I think it was invented.

Well, my guess would be a Japanese company of some sort.

I think some of the logos on the toy got changed from what were in the movie to save on having to pay companies for the rights. Man that bike is expensive online and i passed up 4 of them on blowout back in 2000.

Nope. That's the correct logo from the anime.

The old McFarlane bike got all the changed logos though.

Oh i thought that first bike was the mcfarlane one lol. it could have been something they just made up for stuff when it came to designing the anime.
