Airbrushing a body suit

I need to airbrush a cotton bodysuit and while being adept at airbrushing for years, I have never done the "slight muscle definition" that is required without it looking cheesy.

Does anyone have any reference or anything of the like to consider in this?

pick up a book for anatomical reference, like Gray's Anatomy or something with body builders in it - basically, anything that shows where and how muscles develop.

As for coloring, you should use shades of greys and browns as black tends to be too stark.
