Accurate Mal Pistol Thumbscrews?

I have a friend looking for accurate (or close to it) Thumbscrews for a Mal pistol. I saw in an old post that these were identfiied..or recreated, but I hit a wall then. Perhaps my forum-search-fu is weak.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I cannot recall the thread, but I did find near identical matching thumb screws from the inside of a computer that holds the drives in place. I believe this really is the source for those screws. They are smaller that the case screws and do match up in size perfectly. With mine, the head of the screws was the only inaccurate match for them.

Aha! I have some of the thumbscrews you speak of, at least similar ones. I will have to compare what I have to pics. Perhaps , since you mention the tops are not accurate, we can cast them from the computer screw and make alterations while keeping the knurling untouched.

I anyone has more info/resources, it is greatly appreciated!
