well here is my version of Norma Bates...this was my second attempt, first was a fail but good enough for a genaric corpse....what do you guys think

thanks guys...ill get the wip up soon, they are in 3 different locations...right now she is in the living room but not by a window....but when i open the door behind her i do turn her around to look out the screen door....lol....Halloween is when i move her to the breezeway and she sits in 3 huge windows in there with the bates motel sign over her head....i got fake taxadermy all around the room and of course my eletric pumpkins...last year was version one sitting there this year vs 2...

lol well nobody seen this one yet....

well bates vs 2.1 is a go....i matched the color sceem...i desided to make some changes also...i am going to repair the cheeks they sunk in too much ill be fixing the sides of the mouth too and some other minor details....will post that too....ok i got most of the pics off the main pc, now i got to get the rest off the camera....but i got enough to start the wip but being dads day i will start tomorrow...

ok the first thing i had to do was clean and repair the skeleton....its a 4 quality bucky and this one had issues but nothing that couldnt be fixed....so i cleaned all the flashing and burrs off reinforced the rib seams and glued the broken ribs back on....also i had to tighend all the attachment screws

after all is clean and repaired, i had to deal with the rib cage suport rod....origanaly i just removed it but shortly after i thought better of that ao i cut the portion that sticks up over the cage and and krazy glued the hole closed.with the rod still in place....worked great....still got thr suport for the ribs and i dont have to deal with that round nut thingy
