A bit of help finding a certain D-Ring from Killzone

Hello!

A quick question for any of you savvy 'Stuff Finders' out there. I'm looking for a particular type of fall arresting D-ring that's used on Killzone 2's ISA Marine's rigger harness. I have found certain foundries that make this item. Of course my hopes were dashed when I found that they only sell large quantities to commercial businesses, and I only need 2.

Anyway, the ring I'm looking for looks like this:

The dimensions are roughly 3.5"x4.5". Or, 89mm x 114mm.

If anyone can direct me towards such a thing, I would be most grateful.
