Today marks the exact THREE month mark before our target goal date : Aug. 28th...otherwise known as DC.

We are opening up registration for one last time before Dragon Con for those who want that last opportunity to get in shape, get ripped or generally feel better.

No, you don't have to dress up as a Spartan. In fact, the board has become a haven for any type of costuming where people are incentivized to get into top shape by their peers and a plethora of information.

So, put down the twinkie and head on over !
