1990 Flash costume?

Wondering if anyone ever made one of them?

Back in 2002 or 03. I dont remember, it's all a blur now.
Started it on a Tuesday and finished it by the weekend. Parts of the costume were still curing in my luggage as I flew out to Dragon Con in Atlanta GA.
