Re: Studio Scale TIE Fighter - Take 2

Wing star looks awesome,no doubt of the casting once the pattern is done, like you did on the AT-AT,
Great job Julien:thumbsup

Re: Studio Scale TIE Fighter - Take 2

As always Julien, your work is looking great! Not to mention your other builds. I don't know how you get so much done.
I'm in the very early stages of my own Tie build, and the number I came up with for the rear cone was 79.4

Re: Studio Scale TIE Fighter - Take 2

Thanks J !

Im very glad you found the same number for the rear cone !

You should post your build here !

Re: Studio Scale TIE Fighter - Take 2

You should post your build here !

I'll do a build thread when I start it for real. I put it aside to collect all the kit parts I need, and to finish off a few other projects first.

Re: Studio Scale TIE Fighter - Take 2

Re: Studio Scale TIE Fighter - Take 2

Fantastic, Julien!

I sound like a broken record every time I see one of your builds. Unbelievable.

Re: Studio Scale TIE Fighter - Take 2

Haha David, Im going to build a whole new wing star pattern, Im not happy with this one !
I also scrapped the wing pylons i made off my acrylic cockpit ball, i think I can call it a V3 or V4 now !

Re: Studio Scale TIE Fighter - Take 2
