I'm stunned! I always wondered how the finish would look on a model. On screen it seems to change a lot, i was never sure if it was black or silver or whatever!

the miniature was painted Dupont gray primer,with lots of clear coats tinted for various effects

There are three or four blemishes to the paint work. They turned up about two weeks after i painted it. It was something to do with the resin.

Four years on and no more blemishes have appeared on it though. I think the cheaper resin used to fill the inside of the model had still not fully set at the time i painted it and it found a way to the surface.
