1/1500 Avenger Class Imperial Star Destroyer

I confess now to having ordered and paid Randy for his revised new Imperial Star Destroyer - I'm not sure when it will arrive as he is in the throws of moving house and workshops but I have been on his backorder list for 8 months or so now and got a note from him last week for full payment which is a positive.

I finally got a friend to photograph my completed ISD with a black background last week - this is Randy's old version which took me about 4 months to build and cost a small fortune in extras. I added as much of the original "Devastator" minor differentiating details as a token of my memory of seeing this monster shooting over my head on the big screen back in 1977 when I was 10. 3D printing helped add a touch of Empire and Jedi with the addition of the Falcon and a Lambda class shuttle - this was recently displayed at the UK 2017 IPMS Scale Model World to celebrate 40 years of Star Wars in the Anniversaries category of our club.

Thank you for looking in - it will be for sale in 2018 if you are in the market for a built model this long and have a partner willing to tolerate such an imposing display in their home.

Regards - John
