1:1 The Amazing Screw-On Head

This project definitely falls into the category "Things Only I Care About". I'm a big Mike Mignola fan and liked the Screw-On Head comic but LOOOOOOOVED the animated pilot (even if he didn't).

I constructed a life-sized Pepakura paper model from a 3D file I made and slush cast plastic resin inside. The screw post is an ABS pipe with a wooden end cap. The threads are made from epoxy putty.

I'm rather pleased with myself for figuring out the base. I used a nail to help SOH stand balanced on the tip of the screw.
