^Funny, I was going to do something similar for a full Sabine Wren costume/statue, with removable helmet... So I figured I would get an "adult companion doll" head off of Aliexpress, thinking it would be more realistic than something made of plastic or whatever. Turns out the stuff they're made of is a nightmare. It gets dirty if you walk near it, it stains from colored fabric in minutes, and at only 100 degrees F it can start to deform. Also, despite staining easily you can't paint it with anything, it just flakes off. Absolutely ridiculous material. In the bin with that one.

So...how about some details on the construction?

The head was made by a studio named Vranzv. As far as I know it's made of medical grade silicone. The eyes are glass ajd and the hair and eyebrows are hand punched. It also included the dragons.

I'm not sure how easy this stuff gets dirty cause she's already covered in ash lol.

The body is plastic and the costume is faux leather like material.

Nice, silicone is where it's at, it's pretty darn stable and inert. I'll have to look into that. The TPE stuff is doodoo.
