So, Over the past 5 years I have continued to make Flash Gordon action figures from that fantastic 1980 movie.

G'day. I've made a few things now from a Cyberman head to spaceships and I've always had problems with creating straight seams(the gaps between two panels). My seams always come out uneven and wonky. Whats the secret? If it were a digital model, no worries. How can I fix this monstrosity?
