I used 5mm foam for my BvS helm. Take a look at my pictures. The rest i used 8mm foam in almost all the suit.

Hi Guys! I hope you like my BATFLECK suit. I have some little things to fix like shouders and legs conexions but it is almost done. Pay attention cause the undersuit and the armor sometimes change colors because of the light. dance, dance, dance, ahahaha!!! I forgot to say that i did it...
