You should consider doing a more accurate "cartoony" helmet. the visor has a different shape and proportion. Its not a big deal, but I think it would help sell the idea.

I definately think it would have been more interesting if you had some light pointing up at the trooper, giving a orange glow to the edges of the armor.

So If I sculpt my own version on a stormtrooper helmet by hand, and it looks exactly like someones helmet... is that close enough to be a recast.. or am I just fricken sweet?
