Received mine (California) as well. Everything was fine, did have one flap that wasn't taped down either but it made it safe. Thanks for doing this, it looks amazing!

Re: === G R A F L E X === Clamps / mid-Bands : July 28th I second the Dremel suggestion. Took no time at all and made it much easier to make sure no little nibs left and had it slide over the saber (which was a tight fit to begin with).
