Looks like the suit is ripped in the back right shoulder on the last take of that "crotch jump"...? Or maybe that's a zipper line?

Is there a way I can make any kind of super cheap, quick mold? I looking at molding this piece: http://www.flickr.com/photos/59141820@N03/5417902976/in/photostream/ It's a simple 90 degree piece of aluminum--about 13" long--with apoxie sculpt inset to make it curved. I need four of these...
