Uff, I'm glad I didn't go ahead and pre-order. Have been more cautious after losing money to a couple of bad kickstarters. Hope everyone gets their refunds eventually. Was this a Covid related setback?
Since I'd already bought the vials and have a blank can and set of nozzles, I think the rack will be a nice test of my new resin printer. Will have to do for now until we see how this all goes.
Ohhh crap! My heart just skipped a dozen beats. I was zoomed in on the bottom of the Citywalk can above, and just noticed a bit of text there, next to a black scuff mark, and thinking "cool! now we know what's written on there!" But the text and scuff kind of forms a little fish hook...
Rylo says the Chronicles can will have the elbow, but the production prop he has access to has a flat bottom, so sounds like that's what they're going with. No telling if that prop is actually the hero, but looking at what's on screen, I believe the Citywalk prop.

Mike J, thanks for posting those. Definitely shows a concave bottom on the first shot. I think it looks flat in the following shot because his hand is blocking the light. Reflective objects are mostly defined by...
Mike J, can you try to grab a frame or two where Dodgson holds it up before opening, and we can see the bottom? I can't tell on my copy whether there are one or two lines of type down there. Or if anyone has a vintage can it would be good to see what info they printed on the bottom of those.
Never thought to ask him about the can. He was more focused on dino supervision so I didn't want to bother him about props he may have never touched. He always has interesting BTS anecdotes though so maybe he does know something having been on set...I'll have to bug him about that sometime!
