I scratch built it, so nothing to share as far as patterns go. Scale was determined by the lazy Susan bearing I bought for the head rotation. The head had to fit that, then everything else was scaled to that.
They are Friendly plastic. I molded it with them in then removed them from the sculpt and put them back in the silicone mold before I slush cast it. It was a experiment, seems to have worked out.
Trying to get a head start on DragonCon this year so I've been working on converting SkekSo into a wearable costume while keeping it as original as I can. Difficult when the original is a puppet.

Im going to attempt to actually make it to the meet up this year. Been a few years since I've been able to attend (mostly due to already being sloshed by 7pm lol)
Hard mold is fine, I'd probably go with a Vytaflex 50 shore, but you might want to buy some sample kits of a few shore hardness so see the one you want. You can use So-Strong tints to color it. VytaFlex™ Series, Liquid Urethane Rubbers
