we used 3m VHB tape, just like the prop. Works great.

I did do a run of them and there are none left. I made an exact replica that worked with the same "lights" the prop had, and others that had the same acrylic tubes as those lights, but used LEDs which worked better. Never went back to it because they were quite difficult to make and while there...

The way to do this now would be to get the 3d print files I made available, scale to your needs, and print just the ones you need.

Thank you. Getting the walls into small pieces would help portability, but it's really a beast in size and keeping it stiff might be a challenge. If the goal was to make it cheaper, I'd try to use 1/4" plywood, but keep them full sized. As for T-nuts, I use them when I need to have a blind nut...
