My husband wore a black morph suite under his costume. That worked well for covering the eyes and for the spots that show under the costume.

Re: Cyberman - at last!! IN FOAM!!! - WITH PATTERNS!! Here is our Cyberman costume. This forum was an amazing help. My husband wanted to be a Cyberman for DragonCon. I said ok, looked at this forum, and fabricated our first ever costume. It was a big hit. Thanks for all the helpful info.
