i use the floor mats bought from Halfords, You get 6 in a pack for £10, usable surface area 57cm x 57cm x 10mm (that is after removing the jigsaw pieces)

Do you have a picture? I find super glue works really well on faux leather, (I would use a toothpick to apply the glue just to be extra safe) anyone else with a better suggestion?

ah yes! awesome! i have seen this before.. i am making my suit out of foam floor mats as per usual, then wrapping the foam in faux leather, the hardy stuff car seats are made from. the i am using 5mm this foamx board, wrapping those in the 'leather' and gluing them down. plus some artistic...

Slapped a bit of white paint on, gonna fiberglass over this as I need something a tad more solid to get things to the finish i want... only so much i can do with foam and decorators caulk...

Yellow plastic filler primer, so so so many imperfections showed up... So back with more decorator's caulk, it's so very easy to sand... Too easy...
