Great sketch, though some of the photos I've seen seem to indicate that the hex pattern on her upper chest area is actually molded into the foam rubber of her armor, like a sort of bas relief. :confused

It looks like the hexagon pattern is molded into the foam rubber across Quorra's chest. That's what I've suspected, at least.

Balloon rubber is basically just latex.. which can be found in a sprayable form. You may need some sort of industrial spray gun to apply it, though. I found this while searching around a bit... might be possible to tint it with some sort of pigment to get a nice iridescent white color. I wonder...
