It all depends on the materials. I have a fiberglass shell with mostly aluminum parts. I have either drilled and tapped parts and then screwed them on, or used rivets. I would think that with resin parts you would want to secure them the same way. If you are buying a shell, you'll want to at...

I would have never looked at those seperate items and thought they can go together. Great idea, it looks really slick.

Are other people in costume generally cool with taking pictures with you?

I haven't flown for 5 or 6 years. Is it better to bring a suitcase just for stuff you are buying, or is it better to just ship it home through USPS/UPS/Fed Ex?
