Poor old thing has seen better days but was good to see it before it headed off to auction. Think it needs a lot of TLC. It didn't turn out well in the picture but through the mesh on the head is actually Colin Bakers signature from when he signed it on set.

I have been thinking of making one myself. I was thinking of using an existing tiara as a base and building around it. Found this... Which isn't bad but a little on the thin side but the pattern of the flowers and positioning is spot on and might work as a base to build on.

Tried looking for window crank handles, only place I can think of that you can get different looking ones and metal ones?

I have been looking at vintagewhistles.co.uk but could really do with a better picture of the coat as having problems deciding if the tweed mix is correct as fancied getting one for my other half but without going broke in the process.
