This was done with an Airbrush. Simple gradient from blue to purple.

This is incredible work. How do you move the fingers and what kind of stilts did you use? I am impressed beyond words! Edit: Saw the stilts in post #1, still wonder how they move.

Your best guess would be decal printing paper from Testors. Simply print desired decal, cut out, apply.
