This is the actual prop. It is a real recording device with a bunch of greebles added to it. There were two additional 3D prints and a rubber/stunt one as well. There is also another piece on his belt that was the battery holder for the recorder.

Not real Binoculars. It is the recording device for the face capture for Neel when Robert was wearing the suit.
