My apologies, difference in terminology. I did mean the activator glove. I have the pilots gloves that fit underneath from and old Red Baron costume.

building custom flight suit - questions - harnesses?

I'm not sure whether you want a flight harness for inside a cockpit or a external harness a la hangliding etc. I'm assuming the latter. Maybe take a look at Yves Rossy's wing harness. The Gryphon (hard)wingsuit might be good also. The Rocketeer rocketpack harness is a classic style design...

    Epoxy vs Polyester Resin

Polyester resin - cheapest to purchase, produces toxic fumes, mixing ratios don't have to be exact but prone to linear shrinkage Epoxy - more expensive, non-toxic fumes and mixing ratio is critical for strength. Less chance of warping during cure Vinylester - a mid point between the other two...

The Rocketeer - Final Photographs (Pic Heavy)

You can use mink oil on your jacket to make it supple. I use it on all my motorcycle racing leathers and they stay soft and pliable even after getting wet. Just make sure you try it on an inconspicuous place first as I've had some colours darken a little after applying it.
