Making some prop vintage batteries to strap on and look like they power the saw. These are just the graphics wrapped around cardboard tubes. Still need to add the tops and bottoms, brass bolts, wires, weather it, etc.

I was looking up different steampunk weapons for a RPG game and was inspired to make a circular saw blade, electric powered steampunk gauntlet. I'm thinking lots of brass, rivits, a bit blade, straps to the forearm, flashing lights, wires, old timey batteries, an actual electric motor to spin...

That is pretty cool! Just adding the different barrel helps a lot (Nerf barrel is way off and it throws the whole look) Just remember, as the maker you see all the flaws, but so many other people are going to be jealous and wonder how the heck you did that.

Fair. Apparently if you google antique pipe wrench, these styles do appear but yeah, it is more correct to state that it is a Monkey Wrench.

I used a more accurate scale to check. The antique Wrench weighs 59 oz or about 3.68 lbs. The replica weighs 6 oz or about 0.37 lbs.

I found this actual, antique, rusted, pipe wrench at a local thrift store. I like the look of it a lot but the thing weighs 5 lbs. For a 12" long tool, that is pretty heavy. I have a Steampunk Pirate costume I was hoping to use this and hang it from a belt but it would just be too...

I wondered about that myself. That is the only picture the red "light" shows up in. As far as I can tell, I believe it is a red cap to one of the pen tool thingies he has in his left shoulder. So whatever the red thing is, it is behind the gun, not on it.

Sure. Mine was made for the 1 to 1 scale airsoft rifle that I used for the base, so this may be a bit large but you should be able to easily scale it down. I found the nerf blaster barrel odd. They got a lot of other little details right on the gun then they make the barrel completely different...
