Almost there, took a few group pics.

Big WIP pic dump. Almost done, just pinning everything together to see how it looks so far.

Got the left and right arms done. They are purposely asymmetrical. One is Terminator inspired and the other is sort of velociraptor inspired. All eva foam and some repurposed plastic halloween decorations.

More stuff done. The right hand/arm of the Magos and the 3 servo skulls that will hang off its back. All eva foam, halloween skulls and some old shop vac hoses.

Been working on this group cosplay for the last couple years now. It's a 3 person Warhammer 40K Adeptus Mechanicus character group: A Magos Dominus (me), a Tech Priest (my kid) and a Skitarii ranger (my other kid). It's huge picture dump, I know, I've been meaning to post here more frequently...

Got 2nd place in the Masters Divison at FanX Fall 2019! Once again, I totally over estimated how long I could last in my suit, I lost nearly six lbs wearing this thing fall day Saturday. (pics by Jason Hsu and Mark Loertscher)

Getting closer, about 90% done. Still working on the collar and discs/chains and have lots more to add to the cape but it's definitely taking shape!

More progress, seeing how the new tunic and hood look with the chest and shoulders. Con crunch time! Got the chestplate finished and attached and was able to test the Arc Reactor of Agamotto in it. So far so good.

Thanks! The hands are 3D printed Ironman palms with Eva foam fingers I free handed on card stock first then used those for templates. The arms are from Evil Ted's armor templates and I free handed all the details.

Dr. Doom's Terrifying Technical Nightmare coat.

Working on the hood and tunic, got the chest plate fully painted.

Dr. Doom belt all finished. The fabric is an upholstery remnant and the ring is 3D printed. The coins and chains are doodads from my gigantic doodad collection. Then I got the Hip armor finished, sealed and ready to paint. Then I tested the eye lights, still haven't made my mind up about...
