I know the feeling. I bought the EPAX specifically for the Los Alamos job because it paid for the printer. Now I can use it for other clients or to print out full sized helmets! :lol:

Mostly half inch foam board. The base is made out of pine. I attached some nylon straps to the base, so he carries the weight on his shoulders.

Nice job! I have one of these too. I wish I had gone with glass eyes. Mine is foam filled now, and done all except for the eyes. They will be the last thing do. I'm working on my base now. It has been a labor of love!

The mouth was a special kind of torture, yes. I foam filled mine with 3 lb rigid foam, and then filled in gaps with epoxy putty. Steve's and mine are from the same mold. Tom did an amazing job on that Slimer! My understanding is that the molds are shot.
