Hi guys, I am following this thread as i am one half of the duo who worked on both of Gerrys suits. I see you are talking about elastic thread and stretch stitch. If the suit is to be trooped in and stretched the only real way we found it works is to overlock the suit. I am not sure what this is...
I have just put an interest thread up in the junkyard for the ribbed material on the collar.
This took quite a while to get the correct effect. It is very labour intensive as each line is sewn in.
Have a look anyway.

I am currently using glatzan for my bald caps (plastic) however i want to change from water based makeup to alcohol based namely reel makeup. i know alcohol eats away at the plastic but does it do the same with a latex cap? If so which is the best to use with the alcohol based makeup?

Can someone please help with the wiring of my belt boxes. I am trying to run them off a 9v and I have the proper green lights and red light and I am trying to take all positive to the positive etc. should I daisy chain them? I am worried about wrecking the lights as they were hard to get...
