I have a 3D model and print of Robin's mask from Arkham Knight. I'm looking for the best way to mold and cast a flexible version of the mask to wear as a cosplay. I want to be able to make several copies of the mask because of wear. I'm thinking about molding it out of Vytaflex...
Well specifically in the handle rings its a resin print followed by a coat of rustoleum primer. Then 2-3 light coats of Alclad II paint then the Alclad Aqua Gloss sealer. I'm assuming maybe the resin print was too smooth?

I'm hoping I can get some suggestions on painting techniques. I'm having an issue on my Mjolnir prop where the paint is rubbing off fairly quickly from use as seen in the attached pics. I 3D printed everything in PLA plastic and SLA resin. I have a layer of primer then paint...
I printed the forearm and hand pieces of the DO3D file. So admittedly not a lot of the suit. Foam, in my opinion, looks amateurish unless its laser cut, however, i have seen some really good foam suits.
I guess it depends on what's more important, comfort or accuracy. I've printed a few pieces of an MK50 suit myself. You could always add some foam inside the printed pieces to be more comfortable.
