The lip (rim) that stradles the P1 cradle is too pronounced, especially at the back. It is too thick, i.e it needs to be thinner width wise. Overall its good, but indicative of the toy phasers available in the past.

I am pretty sure the large centralspire is the ship from state of decay, just reused as ppart of a larger model. Or the same parts used to make that older Tom Baker story model.

This reminds me of the series Blue book. the models and efx were third rate. at best. neat that someone is building it.

Those "jigsaw" parts puzzle part as you are calling them look very similar to points parts for 70s carburators.
