I figured out why I was confused. My kit only came with one of these greeblies so I reached out to Justin to see how I can get another.

How are the greeblies configured on the static pommel?

I'm confused about the pommel greeblies. I think there are three bags: one plastic black greeblie, two black metal greeblies, and two silver metal greeblies (picture below). But I'm not sure how to configure them on either the static or vented pommels. Can anyone help?
