Looking for help with the Cape for Captain Phasma. I know its Cotton Canvas. Any clues as to what type exactly? Tent Canvas?? and What is is covered in?? Looks like its water repellent and shimmery look to it? I read Plasticity Paint? Have no clue what that stuff is or where to buy it...
