Back to actually replicating the suit haha. I am looking for a textured batman suit for a little on the cheaper side. I found a company on Facebook called LaochFX, who makes this beautiful textured suit but it's 500+ dollars. I'd also like to find an inexpensive muscle suit that is also accurate.

I used zentai zone. The great thing about them is they're cheaper than most dye sub suits. My pattern came beautifully. I use a muscle suit (kinda crappy) but it stretches over it and doesn't distort. I'm interested to seeing your muscle suit though! I think zentai zone would most likely work.

My suggestion is upholstery foam you can buy it from thick to thin. And put it on the forehead cheeks and chin (just small amounts.) if that's too thick I'd say just line the whole thing in craft foam with extra in certain areas (the problematic ones.) anything spongy that you find most...

Have you tried sealing the underside of the top layer of the urethane so you can use a stronger glue and it won't erode?

What's the mask? Can you post a pic?

I'm going to try to put magnets in places along cape and where it'll sit on the suit. That way I don't need anyone else to press down the cape. If that doesn't work I'll most definitely try the Velcro!
