Starting on my Borg Drone Suit made a Duct Tape Form of myself threw on a shirt, made up a pattern scanned the pattern and vectorized in illustrator Im hoping my buddy with a CNC will cut me some EVA foam if not I will cut by hand either way its gonna be alot of work :D

I am working on a borg costume, I am trying to source some 1/8" and 1/4" black tubing. there are various types in many different materials.. I am not sure which type of plastic/rubber is the easiest to glue to fabric. and is flexible. Nylon, Latex , PVC Vinyl, Silicone, Polyethylene...
