Well what I did when I did a similar "muscle" cut was carve down EVA and coat it with Epsilon, then sand down to get the fixture. But this looks more plastic-y... vaccumformed over a buck?
No I don't have the money and technology to do that bro. I just used my hand to apply pressure to the EVA foam while it was still hot! - Thats your clue and answer!
