You may not be able to get 100% accurate for the eyes. For the mask you could find a way to make a casting of your face (not sure how much effort you want to go through) and make the mask that way so it is super close fitting. The sword holsters you can probably make fairly easily. You may even be able to find some premade for like a ninja costume depending on what you're looking for.
