blade runner resin gun

Hi guys I assumed you'd be the best people to ask but im looking for some information on my blade runner resin gun. I picked it up on ebay a few years back for around £100ish and I am not sure where it originates from, model kit? who designed it? etc anyone know anything please help me out. Also did I get it for a good price, someone suggested it could be an early rick ross model? Any ideas?

Looks like a recast of a Rick Ross, because of the Pflager/Katsumata markings on the side.

I say recast because on mine, they are very crisp and clean.
