Pirates of the Caribbean Auctioneer Boots

Hi Everyone! Would anyone know where I might be able to find a decent pair of brown pirate boots that would resemble the boots worn by The Auctioneer from the Pirates of the Caribbean ride? Either pre-made boots or someone who could make them custom would be greatly appreciated. Please respond below.

I would like them to be fairly accurate though I also want them to be functional and comfortable. I'm located in Arizona.
