Junkrat Detonator Prop help

Wondering if any of the parts of Junkrat's detonator (aside from the walkie talkie antenna) come from any actual devices or objects I could scrap or if it's just just made out of future garbage. I would like to build it out of actual scrap if possible. https://goo.gl/images/1L7Zi8

i don't think you could get something like that in real life
it's a mish mash of stuff like a joystick , switch cap
