Evil Superman 3 replica suit, advice needed!

Best part of Superman 3 to me, C.Reeve nailed the part. Here's the belt and emblem I made so far.


Emblem not attached yet. I got lucky finding a wide cut neck on the compression top like C.Reeve wore. I'm happy with the color but thinking about airbrushing a dark blue wash over it so it looks dirtier?

Any thoughts guys or is this not needed?

Well the real color of Evil Superman is not blue, is OIL blue ! and the dark red color is almost wine color. The colur of your belt is good. Here is my Evil Superman costume f you like to see.

Yeah its more navy what I have without the flash. Hard to find exact colors.

1boot done and cape tests. Need to iron out cape etc.

Felt with foam sheet cut pieces for the inner symbols. I redid a bigger emblem, seemed small to me.

Found these cheerleader briefs on Amazon, lol. They were tight so I ordered a larger size and then decided I could cut up the old pair for belt loops which I attached to the belt. It looks seamless with the briefs when worn and the loops slide so I can adjust them.

I'm seeing the finish line. Lighting sux in my basement so colors are a bit wonky here.
