Yet another overdue prop I've had in the box for far too long.

Featured most prominently in the brilliant season 4 episode "Message in a Bottle" this prop was used by the EMH Mark 2 on an injured Romulan that was part of a team that stole the experimental Starfleet ship Prometheus.

I'm just working on the strobing LED to go inside.
