After seeing the new, widely frowned upon (I really enjoyed it, didn't expect much), Ghostbusters Reboot and absolutely loving it, I decided I would build the new pack! So, I got to modelling it in Autodesk Fusion 360
Here it sat at around 7 hours of modelling work, using online references from the Facebook 'Reboot Pack builders' Group, if you're interested in building one of these yourself their community and resources are priceless!
Then I took a couple files from Spongeface on thingiverse (mostly for referential purposes), in order to build up an accurate model of what I (hope) my pack will end up looking like, before adding a couple of the bits and bobs that light up the Hero Packs for the movie.
Here's the motherboard being cut flat on my work's waterjet (it will be bent later). I am using 5052 aluminum for all cuts due to most parts needing to be bent in one way or another.
Later, the motherboard was bent using a break and 6 evenly spaced 15 degree bends to simulate the 'pipe bend' that's on the movie pack.
A couple of cuts later I'm at here on the pack, im about 3 days into making it, ill keep this thread updated as I progress. if you have any tips or ideas for the pack, or any questions or requests for the resources/strategies im using to make my pack, please ask! Lewis Tully's Build over on gbfans.com is invaluable as a resource for part locations, as well as found parts!

Some more files cut and folded, as well as the first found part and a printed upper display!

The Reboot pack makes use of a couple 'Hammond Project boxes' you can find these on amazon, on the hammond website, or at various retailers around you, Fry's Electronics has a few of them in stock for me. the exact models are: 1590N1 (3 of them), 1550A, 1550Q. for more information about these parts, http://www.gbfans.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=41762
