Lights Out is getting a major film treatment.

I'm sure quite a few people remember this little gemstone of a short horror film...




Well, apparently it was so popular that Warner Brothers snatched up the rights.




Looks pretty damned good. I love atmospheric horror films.

I got to see the trailer for this at Wondercon on Saturday and I have to say that it looks like one hell of a scary movie, I think that it looks like scarier than the Conjuring 2 which they showed the trailer for at the same panel. That being said, I'm not sure that I'd want to see the movie, it looks a little too intense for me, maybe during the day and if I can convince my wife who was really freaked out by the trailer.
