tried a 9 volt battery and usb cord together didn't work the shoe would light up if plugged into a charger but not now

Newb here. Just ordered the HC Air mags last week hoping to have them in time for Halloween. They came last night. Wore them for an hour and the left shoe lights were flickering on and off, now the heel lights are completely shot. Guess I'll return these and dish out the extra $100 towards Karins V2s.

have you fully recharged them? I've noticed with mine when they go flat, they just die. No warning. One min bright n next thing they're off! ( in about 4 hrs )

Unfortunately yes. Nothing worked. Just crapped out electronics.
Spewin. I thought the same might happen so ordered v2s as well. At least they still look cool unlit!

Yeah I'm not worried about the V2s not working. The pics that Kerin provided me of her current stock of v2s look worlds better than the HCs.

Hi, I got my halloweencostumes.com version and I have to say that I'm a bit desapointed...
It is the version without the stripes on the sides and they lokk really bulky :cry
I've fix the toe box by the steam method but there is a lot to do to get them look better...
Do you know if I can get another pair and to be sure that there is the stripes on the sides ?

If you are getting "smooth side" without having to ask, then I would suggest they are all out of ribbed shoes.
Gonna be heaps easier to stick the SWOOSH on. Those ribs were way over sized.
I haven't bought v2s in awhile but the hc mags electronics have held up MUCH better than the v2s. I own 2 of each model. Both V2s broke on the second and third wear, both of my hc mags are still working well after many wears. Good luck

Yep, that's what I think...Next time I'll ask them to look in the box before ordering it ^^

What size did you order? I ordered a size 10 for a friend a few weeks back and it was still the ribbed shoe. Was hoping to get the smooth side

Yeah i guess it's hit or miss. Ether way the HCs look like a bulky cheap mess and mine just happen to crap out. The v2s at least look better. I'd rather mod the el sheets into a v2 than an HC.
