Game of Thrones-Unsullied Armor

Hey guys. For a while now, i've thought it would be awesome to make some unsullied armor from Game of Thrones. The armor will be relatively simple to make, but the helmet will be more difficult. Does anyone know how I could make the rounded "cap" part that fits over the top of your head? Does anyone have pepakura files for the helmet? And the rimming of each piece of the helmet kind of reminds me of solder...is that welded? ...any ideas? I just saw valyrian steel announced their replica, but I would rather not shell out $300 for something that wont fit on my head.
