Jack has a casting from a screen used one up on ebay, thats what I've been using.
if you want our 3d interpreted one, i can try and get it online somehow. but id just go with Jack.

Those are my original, custom replicas. I'll relist the casts of the screenused one this afternoon.

Ok, so I'm doing a Spaceballs costume for Farpoint Con this year. I will be doing Lone Star and have some questions. First this is the jacket I will be using, will this one work? Second, the shirt that Lone Star wears, what color is it? I have studied pictures and watched the movie several times and do not know. At some points in the film it looks green and white and other times black and white. Does anyone know? I have a green and white shirt I'm using. Also what type of pants does he wear? Are they a jean type or more of a cargo type? Anyone who can help, thanks in advance.
